Only applies for Daily Kilo Service, not including Delicate Wash or Express Service. - Bed Linen:
Only 1 Bed-Linen is allowed per 4kg of Daily Kilo Wash and Premium Bed Linen excluded (Tencel, Bamboo, and Lycocell).

Mirae offers door-to-door pick-up and delivery service. For apartments, we can collect laundry from the lobby. Customers typically send a photo of the laundry to avoid any confusion for the driver about which items to pick up.
Our pick-up hours are from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM.
- Gading Serpong: Drivers are available throughout the day.
- BSD: Drivers are available in the morning and evening.
- Alam Sutera: Drivers are available at noon and in the afternoon.
We currently accept payments via BCA bank transfer to the account number provided in your payment notification.
The minimum laundry weight is 4 kg per transaction.
To use a separate machine for your laundry, a minimum of 4 kg is required per machine.
Exclusive for members: Non-premium bed linens (excluding materials like Tencel, Lyocell, or Bamboo) are eligible for our kilo laundry service, provided they meet our minimum weight requirements. For every 4 kg of laundry, 1 bed linen may be included; this scales up with weight, allowing 2 bed linens at 8 kg, 3 at 12 kg, and so forth.
Our delicate wash is conducted following the care instructions for each garment, using either a wet-clean or dry-clean method, depending on the fabric and material.
If any damage occurs due to our laundering process, we will offer compensation. Customers must report any issues within three days of receiving their laundry.
Our service is available daily from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM.
We operate from Monday to Sunday. However, we are closed on national holidays and other special holidays.
